Arnarstapi Cottages

Beautiful self contained “tiny” houses in great location, in the heart of town. Restaurant is a short walk across the road and has a stunning view. We had a beautiful high quality dinner.

Gorgeous location. Great place. It’s my second time there. The staff from the restaurant are very nice. The cleaning staff too. I just happen to forget something and they told me I would be contacted back but they never did. Arnastapi is a great place to be. It’s an important place for me as I have family stories there. I totally recommend sleeping here and visit the neighbouring landscapes.

The location was excellent with a nice view of the ocean in the distance. Also a walking path along the ocean is close and offers some fantastic views of the lava cliffs against the ocean. I enjoyed a nice walk towards the national park Draugalag. The cabin is pretty spare but has everything necessary for a stay.

Great location in Arnarstapi, a short walk from the cliffs & sea. Comfortable rooms & great view. Perfect base for visiting the nearby national park.

The cottage was nice and clean. It is very convenient that you can check in on your own so late check in is not a problem. There is a nice restaurant nearby (Stapinn) and their soup was delicious, especially after such a long day.
